Sandwich 

How  to Make Sandwich ?

served by one person :)



Recipe 

Sandwich bread             2
boneless chicken           1/2 kg
white sauce                    50 gm
black pepper                  1/2 teaspoon
Black Olive                    30 gm
Lettuce                           50 gm
Tomato                           1
Onion                             1/2
Ketchup                          as much you like
Oil                                   as per requirements
salt                                  to make the test (as always)

Making Process 

first boil the chicken and to become soft and then cut them into very small pieces soo you can keep it in the Sandwich. cook the chicken with black pepper in the oil for 5 min. put all them together in the sandwich bread is shown in the pic.                                  




Cabbage dollma 

How To Cook  ?

ingredients

cabbage                 1 big size
coriander               50 gm fresh
beef                       1/2 kg
egg                        1
garlic                     3
oil                         100 gm
boiled rice             1/2 glass
Turmeric powder  1/2 tea spoon
salt                        as per requirement
onion                     1
Ketchup                 100 gm

Cooking Process 

first boil the cabbage till it gets soft. take out off the chicken and onion from the mixer. then mix the boiled rice, egg, coriander,salt and garlic with beef and cook them in the oil. now  take the Cabbage and put the mixed things from previous step and put them inside Cabbage and you can hold it with small teeth cleaner stick and arrange in the cooking dish. now take ketchup and mixed it with Turmeric powder mix with little water and throw it on the surface of the cabbage, then cook them all for 10 min . and it is ready ..!!!

Sweet Gulab Jamon

How to make ? 

Ingredients / recipe

Milk Powder          300 gm
all purpose flour    1 kg
oil                          100 gm
sugar                      4 glasses 
َAlmond                  5 
Cardamom             5
Milk                       1 cup

  

Making process

take 4 glasses of water into the dish and boil it . next step is to mix these ingredients through mixer :  ( 4 glass of sugar, 5 Cardamom) .  then mix them with boiled water and boil it again till it gets some sort of liquid form.  next step is to mix the flour with oil, milk powder and one cup of milk. next step is make them like small ball as shown in the pic and fry them on the oil then leave in the liquid we made first and it is ready to eat .. !!

Cooking 

Humans everyday needs food. therefore it is very important to cook a variety of foods with different tests and keeping more time for cooking a delicious food so it can be eaten tasty and it will help to digest easily.
the research shows that if human are in angry mode it is not good to have food because it is difficult for them to digest. while cooking it is important to keep in mind to cook healthy food. for healthy food you can see some websites. it is not necessary to buy expensive food for cooking  as we can cook healthy food from cheap food also though.for example vegetable soup is cheap to cook but it is healthy. in the countries like Afghanistan and India where women are having cooking responsibilities they has a very positive and negative effect in the cooking taste and healthy food. 
one more thing to mention is do not have heavy food during the night time (dinner) ..!!!

Chicken Tikka

How to cook Chicken tikka ..? 

Ingredients 

chicken Breast         2 kg
Green pepper           4
Tomato                    4
Lemon                     2 
Oil                            as per requirement
Salt                          1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper           1/2 teaspoon
Garlic                      4
coriander                 1/2 teaspoon
sticks                       30


Cooking Process 

First wash the chicken clean, and cut into the pieces as you can see in the picture, then mix them with ingredients (Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic,lemon, Coriander ) for 15 min. now cut the green pepper and tomato into the small pieces as you can see in the picture. then put chicken, green pepper and tomato in the sequence as you can see in the picture on the sticks. put a little oil in the surface of the oven (purpose is not burn the chicken) and keep the chicken in the oven for 20 min.
after 20 min take it out from the oven and it is ready ...!!!

Fish Barbecue

How to cook fish Barbecue ? 

Ingredients

Fish                   2 piece 
Lemon               2  
Oil                     100 gm .   
Garlic                 1 piece 
White pepper     1/2 teaspoon 
Black pepper     1/2 teaspoon 
Onion water       as per requirement 


Cooking Process 

First wash the fish then cut it into the pieces as per your choice . next step is to mix the fish with
white pepper, Black pepper, lemon, garlic, and onion water and keep it for 15 min in a dish.
Now you keep your oil in the pan
 and put the fish gently in the oil and cook it till it gets the red color but not burn it to black. Finally your fish barbecue is ready . and also you can add some salad into your plate that will make a good design!!!
