Chocolate Pudding

How to Make Chocolate pudding ..? 

Recipe

Chocolate powder                  1 can
Milk                                       1packet
butter                                      200 gm
cornstarch                              1/2 glass
Sugar                                      1 glass
Cream cheese                         1 can



 

 

Making process 

first take the chocolate powder and add some water. take 3 glass of water in the dish and mix 1/2 glass cornstarch and 1/2 glass of sugar. and mix the chocolate from the first step  with butter,
milk and cornstarch and mix them slowly with the spoon. once it gets soft then we put it in the fridge for 15 min and it is ready to be served.

Macaroni Salad

How to Make Macaroni salad ..? 

Ingredients/recipe 

Macaroni                           1 can
boiled chicken                   150 gm
Pickled Cucumbers           1
Red and green pepper       1 piece each
coriander                           20 gm
white sauce                       4 teaspoon
lemon                                2
Tomato                              2



Making process 

first boil Macaroni for few min. then cut the chicken into the small pieces and mix them with boiled macaroni. next step is to mix remaining ingredients Tomato (cut in the small piece as you can see in the picture) , red and green pepper, pickled cucumbers, coriander  and lemon. and the last step is to mix the white sauce and it is ready to eat. this is one of the famous salad made in many hotels, home parties where you can find it on the table.


                                     

Chicken Breast - Dollma 

How To cook Chicken Breast ..?

>>Ingredients/recipe 

chicken breast                  1 piece
All type four                     1 glass
Pizza cheese                     100 gm
Black pepper                    1/2 tea spoon
Red pepper                       1 /2 tea spoon
eggs                                  2
salt                                   1/2 spoon
Mushroom                        1 can (about 250 gm)
Masala powder                  1/2  tea spoon
Spinach                            1 kg
Milk                                 1/2 glass
Cabbage                           1 whole piece
tomato                              2
Lemon                               2

Cooking Process 

First take the chicken and open the layers gently. then hit the chicken breast with heavy thing like hummer.  in the pan make the oil hot and put the following into the hot oil: Mushroom, Spinach, Pizza cheese and salt and keep it till it gets red color. the next step is to get these all ingredients and keep them inside the layers of the chicken as you can see from the picture. you can tight the layers of the chicken with the small sticks also. the next step is to mix the milk, all purpose flour and eggs and put them in the oil for some time to get barbecue type. now it is ready to eat and you can deign it with the help of salads and lemon as i said in the recipe. thank you !!!

Sandwich 

How  to Make Sandwich ?

served by one person :)



Recipe 

Sandwich bread             2
boneless chicken           1/2 kg
white sauce                    50 gm
black pepper                  1/2 teaspoon
Black Olive                    30 gm
Lettuce                           50 gm
Tomato                           1
Onion                             1/2
Ketchup                          as much you like
Oil                                   as per requirements
salt                                  to make the test (as always)

Making Process 

first boil the chicken and to become soft and then cut them into very small pieces soo you can keep it in the Sandwich. cook the chicken with black pepper in the oil for 5 min. put all them together in the sandwich bread is shown in the pic.                                  




Cabbage dollma 

How To Cook  ?

ingredients

cabbage                 1 big size
coriander               50 gm fresh
beef                       1/2 kg
egg                        1
garlic                     3
oil                         100 gm
boiled rice             1/2 glass
Turmeric powder  1/2 tea spoon
salt                        as per requirement
onion                     1
Ketchup                 100 gm

Cooking Process 

first boil the cabbage till it gets soft. take out off the chicken and onion from the mixer. then mix the boiled rice, egg, coriander,salt and garlic with beef and cook them in the oil. now  take the Cabbage and put the mixed things from previous step and put them inside Cabbage and you can hold it with small teeth cleaner stick and arrange in the cooking dish. now take ketchup and mixed it with Turmeric powder mix with little water and throw it on the surface of the cabbage, then cook them all for 10 min . and it is ready ..!!!

Sweet Gulab Jamon

How to make ? 

Ingredients / recipe

Milk Powder          300 gm
all purpose flour    1 kg
oil                          100 gm
sugar                      4 glasses 
َAlmond                  5 
Cardamom             5
Milk                       1 cup

  

Making process

take 4 glasses of water into the dish and boil it . next step is to mix these ingredients through mixer :  ( 4 glass of sugar, 5 Cardamom) .  then mix them with boiled water and boil it again till it gets some sort of liquid form.  next step is to mix the flour with oil, milk powder and one cup of milk. next step is make them like small ball as shown in the pic and fry them on the oil then leave in the liquid we made first and it is ready to eat .. !!

Cooking 

Humans everyday needs food. therefore it is very important to cook a variety of foods with different tests and keeping more time for cooking a delicious food so it can be eaten tasty and it will help to digest easily.
the research shows that if human are in angry mode it is not good to have food because it is difficult for them to digest. while cooking it is important to keep in mind to cook healthy food. for healthy food you can see some websites. it is not necessary to buy expensive food for cooking  as we can cook healthy food from cheap food also though.for example vegetable soup is cheap to cook but it is healthy. in the countries like Afghanistan and India where women are having cooking responsibilities they has a very positive and negative effect in the cooking taste and healthy food. 
one more thing to mention is do not have heavy food during the night time (dinner) ..!!!
